When your order any product from our site, you agree that you have read and understood our Terms and Conditions.
Our website is copyrighted and no part of it including descriptions, text, images or intellectual property may be reproduced without permission in writing from Elspeth Hamilton Ltd. Images are for illustrative purposes only and may not be representative of the actual product and packaging.
Secure online payment is available via Royal Bank of Scotland World Pay. We accept payment by all major credit and debit cards. Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Maestro, Solo and Delta. If you prefer not to give out your details online, orders are also accepted via telephone between 9am and 5pm on t.01698 426415.
All prices are displayed in pounds sterling inclusive of United Kingdom VAT (20%). We will not accept any liability for any charges levied by your bank / card issuer whatsoever irrespective of your chosen payment method.
All card payments are subject to authorisation by your card issuer and we take payment when we accept your order shortly before dispatch. Your order will only be processed if your credit card billing address and credit card security code can be verified by RBS Worldpay.
Please note that the completion of our online Checkout process does not constitute our acceptance of your order. All products that you order via the website will remain the property of Elspeth Hamilton Ltd until we have received payment from you in full.
It is your responsibility to ensure that all details you provide for the purpose of ordering a re correct and that the credit or debit card you are using is your own and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods ordered. If you supply incorrect or inaccurate address details and your order is returned to us as a result of this, a charge will be made for re-delivery.
Free delivery for purchases over £50.
Delivery is £3.95 for purchases up to the value of £49.99.
Gift wapping is available free of charge – please indicate at the Checkout is this is required.
Goods can also be reserved for in-store collection. Reserved goods will be held for a maximum of 24 hours and then put back into stock again unless an alternative collection time has been arranged via telephone. t.01698 426415
To ensure that you receive your parcel promptly we only use the Royal Mail First Class Recorded delivery. A signature will be required on receipt. This service allows us to fully track your parcel online.
We aim to dispatch your order the same day if the order is received before 3pm or the next working day for orders received after 3pm or on a weekend or public holiday.If you are not around to take delivery of your parcel, Royal Mail will leave a calling card advising you where you can pick it up.
All items are subject to availability and whilst we will do our best to ensure that our stock levels are monitored, during business trading periods this may not always be possible. If we cannot supply you with the product you have ordered we will not process your order but will inform you as soon as reasonably possible.
The delivery timescales are subject to availability, payment authorisation, verification and proccessing.
We hope that you are happy with your purchases however in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 you can return any unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. Please note we are unable to refund postage costs unless the items are damaged or if we have made a mistake.
To cancel your order, simply return the items in their original condition and packaging to us at Elspeth Hamilton Perfumery, 5 Lamb Street, Hamilton ML3 6AH within 7 days of delivery. Enclose a note of your order and a cover note requesting a refund. For your own protection, you should ensure the items are adequately insured whilst in transit.

If you contact us via this web site we will only use the information provided to respond to your message and to improve our service to you.
If you place an order via our On-line Shop we will only use the information provided to process your order, to analyse shopping trends and to improve our service to you.
If you’d like to activate our advanced account features we request certain personally identifiable information from you on our login form. You will need to provide contact information such as name, email and delivery address.
We maintain web site server logs which record visitor information including IP address, browser type, platform type, internet service provider, referring/exit pages and date/time stamp. This information is used to analyse visitor trends and improve our service to you. We will not supply your details to a third party.
